Larry then guided us through the four hour tour of the Lakes. He provided us with lots of information about the formation and history of the area while keeping us on pace. “Pluses: I've seen videos of this place and seeing it in real life didn't disappoint. Even a little rain didn't dampen our experience. Cons: it's a 2.5 hr ride in a van from Split, so if you have restless kids, it might be a challenge. I was glad that I didn't have to do the drive myself and can just relax in the van. Note: I was a little confused by the pick up point. So make sure you clarify the meeting spot in the morning, since it's quite early and could be a little stressful.”
